Mamadou Barro brings over 22 years of federal service at the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he served as an Electronics Engineer and Chief Engineer for Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) programs.
Throughout his career, Mamadou led both domestic and international C-UAS projects, developing deep expertise in drone detection, electronic mitigation, technology evaluation, and policy development. His work spans the full lifecycle of counter-drone operations — from threat assessment and system selection to deployment oversight and regulatory compliance.
